WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs MYR 7 per hour.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
People 12 years old and over stay for MYR 89 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
No cots are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Vortex Suites KLCC in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of MYR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
