Tenants are permitted to smoke on the balconies of Ground Floor units only. Due to the danger and risk of fire, smoking is not permitted on balconies or terraces of units on the first or second floors. Should a tenant smoke inside their room, they will forfeit their deposit and subject to a cleaning fee equivalent to one night room charge at the prevailing rate.
