  : Nice location, a great layout, with spacious rooms. Security is satisfactory, and there are many coffee houses and shops nearby.
  : Arrangement during check-in wasn't smooth since we had to wait almost an hour due to miscommunication between the caretakers. Not suitable for a big group since access is given only to one vehicle at a time. An outdoor parking area is nearby, but it is usually fully occupied. The cleanliness and hygiene are not satisfactory compared to most of my previous experiences. During check-in, the cupboards in 2 of the rooms were dirty linen, and the main bedroom toilet was dirty (with hair and spots). We Requested another round of housekeeping which was done by the team. The caretakers and staffs are friendly but may require further training to ensure attention to detail.

  : no room service, long waiting time to get the key, no tissue, no soap, no microwave, no commitment..i booked for three bed room apartment but they give us two bedroom apartment in same pricecockroach in the apartment and in bed. i informed the room manager but no action take. even didnt apologise for anything. report for blocked sink also didnt get fixed till check out.
