  : The location was perfect, near from restaurant and mural places
  : I stayed for 6 days and my room only cleaned once. The water be given when we ask to them.No windows or ventilation in room.

  : Location -> located in the heart of Bukit Bintang, so all KL attractions will be near by;Hotel -> start to operate one month ago, that's why all facilities in the hotel are new;TV -> finally faced place with SmartTV, while other places even 4 stars residents/apartments/hotels still using old model without SmartTV function;Clearness -> clean up in room service once a day, very clean hotel especially if you had experienced other accommodations in KL to compare;Staff -> friendly and well experienced in hotel business, they try their best to make your stay more comfortable;Value of the money -> one of the best in Bukit Bintang area;Out room service -> provide on quite good level;Lobby -> equiped by sitting area and small coffee shop;Security -> all hotel equiped by CCTV cameras, every room got security deposit box, only one set of keys per room (so you can be totally sure that no one will enter your room while you out. In case while you need clean up service, you should leave your keys on reception), electronic locker on the main door;Complains and advices -> owner of the hotel open-minded for wishes of the guests so you can forward your opinion directly to him.
  : That hotel start to operate one month ago that's why they facing same difficulties like other beginners in hotel business.They point there self as the 2 star hotel but I think that within a year they will become 3 star hotel.
