  : despite the cleanliness of the room, the lack of air conditioning made it unbearable to sleep at dayThe staff was unresponsive to the complaint and did not offer any solutions or assistance to alleviate the discomfort. It is unacceptable to not have functioning air conditioning in a hotel room, especially in hot weather. The overall experience was disappointing and uncomfortable due to the lack of basic amenities and unhelpful staffdid not offer any assistance or alternatives to make the stay more comfortable. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet expectations. The management should make an effort to address the air conditioning issue and improve customer service to ensure a more pleasant stay for guests.

  : The location and lady receptionist was really the only saving grace.Location wise, its surrounded by good food and convenient pharmacies.
  : The stay was unpleasant. I had 2 rooms- one was a super hot sauna and the other was a freezer. Also, the 3rd floor feels very spooky with wall cracks all around. Some friends experienced dead roaches in their rooms.

  : Perhaps the carpets floor outside the corridors need to replaced. It has worn out and looks dampened. Its a bit unhygienic to me.
