  : The staff is so rude, on the first day i requested for 2 keys, then i went out to buy something to eat.. when i came back the second card that kavi the lady in the reception gave me cant use, the light turned red.. can you imagine that ive been standing infront of the door with alot of stuff, and kept calling the number that kavi ask me tk text or call when needed any assistance but nobody was picking up the call... F.Y.I no staff at hotel after 5pm .. if you are dying after 5pm and asking for help just forget it.. they will let you die first and the next day they will come and help.. the second day due to the hassle i call again yo request for the late check out then amer he said he is the manager of the hotel when i mentioned i would like to speak with the manager... he is very rude on handling complaints, making face infront of me.. im asking for a solution but kept telling me that the room is fully booked and he close the allotment for the room, but the hotel is not fully booked actually, there is plenty of room available but he said he closed the allotment and the room that i am staying is fully boked and i have to check out 12.30 the max ... i still remember he said to me " if you think its not good that you can check out sir " ...What kind of manager is this.. i really would like to hear anf explanation from the management team regarding kavi and amer.. tq
